As a M.Ed., Teacher Leadership candidate at the High Tech High Graduate School of Education, we base our practice off of the following principles that guide us in our educational practice.

School Reform Proposal
A letter to a fictional school board that states a proposed project to develop a leadership program at the middle school.

Collegial Conversation
I participated in the last collegial conversation of the year where I shared resources for my digital storytelling project with educators from Iowa and asked for feedback on what would make a valuable resource for them.
